TOTAL RIP OFF!

I played this game for four years straight (since 2012) and accumulated $15 million in chips. All of a sudden I logged on and my total account was ZERO! After haggling back-and-forth with customer support, they finally told me that they had no record of me ever playing the game (even though I provided my device ID, account number, etc. etc.). Although I logged on every day and played numerous times each week, The tech actually had the nerve to tell me, "I have no record that you have never played this game." This company is a complete rip off, and I recommend that you avoid it. Do not give them a penny of your money. They are INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!!!
